  My beautiful bathroom 💜

  Small independent company with a personal touch. I was impressed with their speedy response. They really listened to what I wanted, the quote was very competitive, the goods were really fantastic, Serenity referred me to Easy bathrooms for the furniture and they were also fantastic. I am beyond satisfied with the outcome. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Serenity bathrooms did exactly what they said they would , excellent workmanship am over the moon with the results.

  Excellent Work

  I had work carried in my London property by Serinity Bathrooms in August of this year. The work carried was out excellent and the team were very professional and knowledgeable, they even gave me ideas and hints of things they thought would work and would not. My previous bathroom was quite bad so once the job was finished, I was genuinely impressed withthe workmanship. I also am in the process of refurbing my downstairs bathroom and will definately be using Mark & his team again

  Terrible finish

  Highly recommend this company if you don’t want tiles, grouting or silicone doing. Had my bathroom done a few months back and still amazed each day by the mess they’ve made in the finishing. If they couldn’t lay herringbone tiles they should have said. If they couldn’t do black grout they should have said. If they couldn’t even do the basics of putting sealant down without leaving a mess underneath they should have said. And we was told they wasn’t returning to rectify as they’re standard of work was “upheld”. Also 75% of the tiles aren’t even flush to each other. Avoid

  I had my bathroom completely fitted by Serenity Bathrooms Derby. I was kept informed every step of the way with what was happening. The work was done efficiently and methodically, when I saw all the dust etc, I thought this is never going to end, but true to the fitters words they completed a fantastic job, credit where credit is due...I now have a bathroom to be proud of thanks to Serenity.

  Attention to Details

  Really happy with the work by Serenity Bathrooms. The team were punctual, tidy, and clearly knew what they were doing. The finish is excellent — neat tiling, quality fittings, and no shortcuts. The job took a little longer than planned, but it was worth it for the result. Would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a reliable, professional bathroom fitter.

  Practically perfect in every way!

  It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Serenity Bathrooms from the very first call with Rambhi right through to the finished bathroom (on time!). Mark and his team were fantastic - professional , hardworking, polite, respectful and friendly clearing up perfectly at the end of each day. The attention to detail and pride in work was so evident and we absolutely love our new en-suite. I would not hesitate to recommend Serenity Bathrooms. Give them a call, you won’t regret it!
