  Fitting a complete new bathroom

  Mark turned up the first morning and before I knew it the bathroom was gutted !! Never have I seen a harder working man, so proud of his work. Everything was explained clearly and was always to plan, he always had time for questions, as did the rest of the team The work was all done with care and attention and professionalism The experience between the guys is amazing and has definitely shone through right to the finished new beautiful bathroom, a few snags on the way but sorted quickly and cheerfully Rambhi was always on hand if needed I would recommend without hesitation Thank you x

  From the first contact the whole team were friendly, diligent and knowledgable. Offered guidance on design and saved me money. They were the benchmark of how companies should behave, professional in everything they did which showed in the quality of finish in my bathroom. Can’t recommend them enough.

  Excellent Fitted bathroom

  Really excellent company and our experience was brilliant from the very first contact with Rambhi who arranged the first visit to quote. Mark and his team were very skilled and professional and the level of workmanship, reliability , cleanliness and the final finish is superb. Cannot recommend this company enough and if you are looking for a new bathroom these guys will definitely not disappoint. Thanks again to all the staff at Serenity.

  A Truly Exceptional Bathroom Refurbishment – Luxury Finish and Outstanding Service. From start to finish, Mark and Team was highly professional, courteous, and clearly passionate about their craft. The attention to detail and quality of finish are genuinely outstanding – it feels like stepping into a luxury 5-star hotel every time I walk in. The whole process was well-managed and stress-free.
