  I had a great experience working with Sequoia Construction Limited. Paul was incredibly helpful and took the time to walk me through the job in detail, ensuring I was kept informed every step of the way. Even on days when I was in the office, he provided updates on the progress, which I really appreciated. There was a slight delay due to Paul being unwell for a few days, but he more than made up for it by ensuring the work was done to perfection. His attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and willingness to have open conversations throughout the project made the entire experience enjoyable.

  Installing circulation vents into bedroom ceilings

  We were experiencing mould in 2 bedrooms. Paul attended promptly and fully explained likely causes and offered us options. We went with ceiling vents. Installation was quick and ongoing advice given. Good work and a great tidy up afterwards. Would not hesitate to recommend the work to others.

  Damp, mould and condensation problems

  From the very beginning of contacting Sequioa construction regarding our damp and condensation issue we had the pleasure of dealing with Paul from beginning to the end. Paul is very knowledgeable in all things damp related from what I could tell. Also I felt very comfortable with leaving Paul alone at my home with my wife and young child whilst I was at work And as for the work, Paul recommended the ISO-Therm product that would be perfect for our damp and condensation issues. We agreed with the quote and had the whole apartment fitted and had no recurrence. 5 star would highly recommend.

  IsoTherm and Damp Proof Course

  Paul did a great job at my new house, he recommended IsoTherm as well as DPC to fix the damp issues on my exterior wall. Friendly and professional with clearly a lot of experience and knowledge- would book again for future work without a doubt. Highly recommend!
