  Good quality work, final cost higher than initial quote

  Topton did a good job overall and the finish looks neat and tidy. He was polite, friendly and worked hard to get everything completed. One small point for future customers is that the job was priced without a prior visit, and the final cost ended up higher than originally agreed once the work was underway. It would have been helpful to have that clarity upfront. That said, the quality of the work itself is good and we’re pleased with the end result.

  I had a great experience working with Sequoia Construction Limited. Paul was incredibly helpful and took the time to walk me through the job in detail, ensuring I was kept informed every step of the way. Even on days when I was in the office, he provided updates on the progress, which I really appreciated. There was a slight delay due to Paul being unwell for a few days, but he more than made up for it by ensuring the work was done to perfection. His attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and willingness to have open conversations throughout the project made the entire experience enjoyable.

  Extending Electric supply to Garage

  I recently had D B Electrical extend an electricity supply to my garage and rewire the entire space, and I couldn’t be happier with their work! Declan and the team did a fantastic job, paying incredible attention to detail. They made it look much cleaner and more organised than I expected. They added a sub-consumer unit in the garage, isolating switches and sockets, and even went the extra mile by suggesting suitable heaters and installing them as neatly as possible. Their quick turnaround time was impressive, and the quality of their work speaks for itself.

  Excellent time keeping, finished the complex job very easily. He was very aware of what needs to be done, was able to explain why it was not easy, and was able to get the best outcome. There was communication barrier when it came to establishing the premiss of the job, but we got there. A little more care/consideration would have been helpful as the underlay was wet and he could have easily made provisions as we still have about 3m left, but he used it and it seeped through and he had to come and rework the next day.
