  Recovering existing flat roof using two layer felt system

  Senator diagnosed the reason for water coming through the ceiling at the top of the house, arranged for scaffolding to be erected and arrived as scheduled to attend to the recovering of the existing flat roof using a two layer felt system. They also repointed the parapet wall and chimney area, and fitted new flashings where necessary. The team completed the work on schedule and provided a photographic and video record of the work they had done. A clear verbal explanation was also given as to what had been done. We also have the peace of mind of a 20yr warranty for the work undertaken.

  Leaking roof

  Flat Roof replacement

  Its apparently difficulty to get a good roof specialist. My contractor was reluctant to refer me anyone. I got a flyer in the mailbox and called Denis. He has been very responsive and very profesionnal. Everything we agreed on has been done as expected. he even offered me to join him on the roof to make sure everything was at my satisfaction and it was. I would recommend him and his team anytime.   Replacement Balcony flooring

  The level of service provided by Denis and the team was excellent. From the initial consultation call to the survey, Denis turned up on time (rare in the building trade) as we agreed to give us the best advice to solve the problem. Senator Roofing then turned up at a time convenient to me and with a break in the weather to complete the work. The builders worked tirelessly to complete the work on a Friday into Saturday with great results. I would highly recommend these guys!

  Flat roof repair/ replacement

  Senator roofing did an excellent job repairing a damaged flat roof to my extension and replacing the flat roof to my loft conversion. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, the roofers were polite and courteous and cleaned up really well after the work was completed. Highly recommended.
