We needed an urgent assessment of our roof and a quote for a repair/ replacement. Another contractor had come beforeSenator was recommended to us and quoted for a full replacement without even looking at the roof. Senator Roofing team could not have been more helpful and considered. they took their time to properly asses the situation and quoted for the job that actually needed to be done with a level of professionalism, care, manners and honesty that is rare to find now a days. I can't recommend them more highly.

I'm pleased with the roof repair work done on my house. He was very clear about what was required with the roof work. I highly recommend this company for any roof repair needs!

Senator diagnosed the reason for water coming through the ceiling at the top of the house, arranged for scaffolding to be erected and arrived as scheduled to attend to the recovering of the existing flat roof using a two layer felt system. They also repointed the parapet wall and chimney area, and fitted new flashings where necessary. The team completed the work on schedule and provided a photographic and video record of the work they had done. A clear verbal explanation was also given as to what had been done. We also have the peace of mind of a 20yr warranty for the work undertaken.

Called senator. They were here quickly and completed the works to a high standard. Team were courteous and no fuss at all. Good value and would use again if needed

Denis and the team were excellent throughout the whole process of a new pitched roof, flashing and also the felt flat roof replacement. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Its apparently difficulty to get a good roof specialist. My contractor was reluctant to refer me anyone. I got a flyer in the mailbox and called Denis. He has been very responsive and very profesionnal. Everything we agreed on has been done as expected. he even offered me to join him on the roof to make sure everything was at my satisfaction and it was. I would recommend him and his team anytime. Louis
