10 Installing new alarm

Although they didn’t have the electric point (my fault)that was required they adapted and fitted the alarm without extra charge despite the fact they will need to return and place the unit on the wall as per spec.Verified reviewerJob location: BH1610 New alarm system

Max and Asa from Secure Alarms were wonderful. On time, professional, polite, clean, tidy and respectful of our property,ie offered to remove shoes etc. Answered so many questions about the new system with patience and kindness. Old alarm system removed and new one inserted. Full layout plan and detailed estimate given prior to visit. Initial visit was done thoroughly, all details explained and questions answered honestly with no oversell. The two fitters Terry and Shaun were polite, cheerful friendly and very efficient. Work was completed in good time and all areas were cleaned and vacuumed before departure. They seemed surprised and grateful when given hot drinks! I thought this was standard courtesy!
