    First class service. Max, the engineer was very knowledgeable, provided excellent advice on our options. He was very efficient and tidied and cleaned up. He gave comprehensive advice on how to use the system. Thank you very much for an excellent service.

    Installation of new alarm system

    Fantastic response from initial contact to completion. Quote was given with all relevant information making the choice easy. The engineer(Max) arrived and competed the job leaving the area clean and tidy, was extremely polite and gave good information and instructions on the use of the new alarm system.

    Issues with my WiFi router caused issues with my Secure Alarms system and the related App. Rob and Max have been exceptionally patient and understanding with my lack of technology knowledge for which I'm very grateful .

    Super efficient and great to deal with

    Professional, friendly and polite

    From original survey, quotation and installation the process was faultless. Des, Max and the other members of the team were knowledgeable and courteous. The installation went smoothly and there was little to no mess. We were given a clear explanation of the application and settings. Would throughly recommend Secure Alarms to anyone considering intruder alarms or cctv installations.
