New alarm fitted. Amazing service. Clear instructions on managing and using the alarm Polite patient engineer

Issues with my WiFi router caused issues with my Secure Alarms system and the related App. Rob and Max have been exceptionally patient and understanding with my lack of technology knowledge for which I'm very grateful .

Super efficient, clean and tidy work. Really helpful installer who went the extra mile. He was very clear in explaining how the alarm and app work. Would highly recommend this company.

From original survey, quotation and installation the process was faultless. Des, Max and the other members of the team were knowledgeable and courteous. The installation went smoothly and there was little to no mess. We were given a clear explanation of the application and settings. Would throughly recommend Secure Alarms to anyone considering intruder alarms or cctv installations.

Our old CCTV system stopped working. We had a good experience with Secure Alarms and our alarm system, so we asked them to install a new CCTV system for us as well. The price was good, and Sean and Asa (sorry about spelling) came round within 2 weeks and made an excellent, tidy job of it. Not only was the equipment and wiring neatly installed, but the explanation of how to operate it was very thorough. They dusted behind the shelves where the box was positioned, and re-tied the washing line that had to be moved for the ladders. They even swept some loose gravel off our front path. Recommended.

Although they didn’t have the electric point (my fault)that was required they adapted and fitted the alarm without extra charge despite the fact they will need to return and place the unit on the wall as per spec.
