  An electrical job well done

  Sebastian came to carry out some electrical work on our property recently. I have had other electricians do work and they usually leave things in a mess, but his work is impeccable. A neat, meticulous and highly professional individual that is worth every recommendation. A job well done.

  Problems swiftly sorted.

  Seb swiftly sorted all our list of irritating electrical problems. New ceiling lights fitted and dodgy switches correctly rewired or replaced. He was courteous, quick and clearly knowledgable… and he didn’t seem to mind the close attention of our large and noisy dog! Perfect. Thanks Seb.

  Heating Problems

  After 18 months of central heating issues and several plumbers and electricians unsuccessfully attempting to fix the problem, Sebastian was the only one who truly took the time to get to the bottom of it. Rather than giving up, he methodically went through every possible cause, testing and eliminating each one until he found the fault and resolved it completely. His persistence, professionalism, and “never say die” attitude made all the difference — where others walked away, he stayed until the job was done.   Superb Tradesman

  Sebastian does a fantastic job always. I moved house. The previous seller had not been so honest. The shower began leaking into the kitchen. Sebastian assessed their DIY job and after careful check of the shower he cut out the poor sealing that had been done and resealed it so it works perfectly and safely! He fitted in a reverse osmosis filter cutting out a section of the pipework and fitting a new section and isolation valve. Sebastian has always done all my work even before I moved. His many decades of experience, honesty, consideration, exemplary workmanship and speed are invaluable.

  VERY RELIABLE AND CONSCIENTOUS ELECTRICIAN .

  Our alarm went off in the middle of the night and we could smell slight burning so we turned all electrics off. Next day we 'phoned Sebastian at SEBLEC HOME AND OFFICE LTD (tel:02086584009) and he came that day and was extremely thorough and tested everything and made sure that we didnot lose any foodfrom two fridge/freezers. He ordered a new larger Fusebox Consumer Unit as previous one was too small and badly fitted. He came back when it arrived ad removed old one and fitted replacement and then allaroundthe house checking lights/switches etc. He was super efficient and very ameniable.
