We had some work done in the rental property seb was sent out to carry out works on the boiler. From the word go seb has been communicating every single step to me and making sure I’m up to date on the issue. Seb would always be smiling and kind towards me and my partner and the work carried out was very clean and professional he has a great eye for detail and all the work completed was at a high standard. Would recommend seb to anyone who needs work done on their property

Thorough and conscientious! These best describe Seb and his attitude. We have had a comprehensive rework of our family bathroom’s pipes and pump, everything is working brilliantly. When you also compare his work to the person who installed it originally just 6 years ago, his bar is set high. His process involves going through best and worse case scenario, with solutions available to you within your budget. Pay cheap, pay twice. Don’t do that, hire Seb and get the job done properly. First time.

Seb was quick to help us with a failure of our electric central heating. He responded immediately to our Checkatrade request and sorted the issue. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. We plan to ask him to do further work for us.

First found Seblec in Oct24 as we were moving from outside the area - he made time to do an urgent EICR on the property we were buying. 6 months later we had the keys.. and needed full rewire (3 bed house). Sebastian did the work - all great - but went above and beyond, giving us loads of advice and guidance, including helping us make good decisions about future proofing the set-up. Sebastian was flexible on timing and happily worked around other renovation works in order to be efficient. It's an ongoing "project" and we will def be asking Sebastian back when we hit the next phase.

I was really pleased with the service from start to finish. Seb was very friendly and personable, and communicated clearly throughout the process. When unexpected issues cropped up, he responded to them quickly. Before the work started he talked through the different options available before proceeding with the work and gave a clear quote. Everything was handled professionally, and the final result is great. Would highly recommend and would happily use again.
