My experience was extremely low stress as Seb explained the work that needed to be carried out and why it had to be done. While he was working he also talked through what he was doing and how I would like to have it done, giving me options with the benefits of doing it in different ways. All in all I was very happy with the service. It did take some time but a good job is never a quick job.

Sebastian is extremely polite and very easy to talk to when explaining the problem. He was more than helpful and exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

We have used Seb before. He is very polite, arrived as stated same day. Fixed problem and checked similar plug areas. Very knowledgeable and suggested full survey as house had v old wiring.

This company is very thorough with their craftsmanship, you can immediately sense from speaking to them and examining their work that they are extremely experienced and skilled workers. Another thing I really liked was they they are very polite, respectful and tidy when they are working in your home - this is something very important to us regardless of how great the work is. All in all, I'd highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to get them back in to do more work.

The gentleman (I did not get his name) was very professional, polite and efficient. He did the repair with no fuss and tidied up afterwards. I have his card and would not hesitate to call him back if needed and would recommend him withy no hesitation.

What a lovely kind trades man who explained everything what was involved in the work that I wanted he listened to me and asked me questions about the relevant work he went over the work again on the day he came to do it the standard of work was excellent my house was left clean and tidy I couldn’t be happier I would definitely use him again if I need any other work
