  Simply exceptional! I can’t praise Simon and his team enough. I found SC Property maintenance on Check A Trade after asking for quote for Soffits, Facias and exterior repaint. I had a good feeling immediately. The work they done was not only Stella but attention to detail impeccable. Communication was fantastic and very clean and tidy work. Lovely team but above all, very courteous to me and my home. I was so impressed I asked Simon and the team back a month later to do my flat roof! If you’re looking for quality workmanship, reasonable price and phenomenal service look no further!!

  With very short notice Simon was able to fix a leak in our guttering in a matter of minutes. Very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining how to keep the drainage clear of any future issues. Highly recommend.
