This was the second time we had used Simon who we found through Checkatrade. He previously cleaned our gutters and replaced leaking joints. Simon and his colleague did an excellent job this time as well. Quoted a reasonable price, arrived on time, they were extremely helpful and friendly. At the end of the job we were 100% satisfied with the work. Our Patio has been brought back to life. We would thoroughly recommend Simon for anyone looking for property maintenance.

Simon visited quickly to give a quote, which was reasonable. He arrived on the day and on time. He did an excellent job, replaced leaking gutter joints, cleaned out the gutters, water tested to a very high standard. We were very impressed with his helpfulness, thoroughness and would not hesitate to recommend him and use him again for other maintenance jobs.

Simon and his team did a superb job of replacing guttering and fitting soffits and fascias. They were very reliable, communicated well and crucially, were very tidy and respectful of our home. We wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

I called SC property maintenance and I called for a quote they were very helpful and very knowledgeable so they carried out my new UPVC facial soffits and gutters and the team was very tidy and experienced. I would recommend Simon and his team to friends and family thank you guys.

Amazing work by SC Property maintenance showed up on time and completed the work that we agreed on during the work’s we noticed there were missing guttering which they replaced with out any hesitation also added other bits as it was needed and some fixing. Really professional reliable, lovely guys. Highly recommend and would not go with any other company. Thanks guys
