I recently had the pleasure of working with Scarlett Building Solutions for a significant renovation project on my home, which included a side and rear extension, internal renovations, and the installation of underfloor heating. I cannot express enough how thrilled I am with the results! Communication was excellent throughout the project, with regular updates and prompt responses to any questions I had. I truly felt like I was in good hands the entire time. The project was completed on time and within budget. I highly recommend this company for all your building needs!

Richard and his team completed a full house renovation including L-shaped extension, removal of chimney breast, installation of bathroom, kitchen, utility room, underfloor heating, as well as replastering and decorating throughout. We would absolute recommend Richard and his team. All the works were completed to a high standard, ahead of schedule, and in line with agreed costs. His team worked really well with any contractors we selected. Richard was always available on site to talk through progress and decisions. And his team have sorted out any snagging promptly.

Richard and his team were spot on, there were some changes and complications along the way. But Richard was very clear with us the whole way through and gave us great advice. Would highly recommend, a great builder who is local to New Malden and very personable.

We brought in Richard and his team to restructure and renovate most of our house and much of the driveway/patio. This included structural work, drainage, underfloor heating, new kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms, shower room, downstairs WC, and a garage-to-utility room conversion. The entire project took close to a year to plan, schedule, execute and complete. SBS were with us every step of the way and gave us a great sense of confidence in their work, approach, honesty and integrity. I can't recommend them highly enough and would use them again in a heartbeat!
