Second time to get Richard and his team in to do some work for us, this time giving our bathroom and toilet a makeover. The works, at first floor level, included new under flooring and mosaic tiling, new plumbing, and radiator. Richard understood exactly what we were looking for and provided some good advice during the process. We are really happy with the outcome and the work undertaken by the team over the week. Recommended.

Richard and his team completed a full house renovation including L-shaped extension, removal of chimney breast, installation of bathroom, kitchen, utility room, underfloor heating, as well as replastering and decorating throughout. We would absolute recommend Richard and his team. All the works were completed to a high standard, ahead of schedule, and in line with agreed costs. His team worked really well with any contractors we selected. Richard was always available on site to talk through progress and decisions. And his team have sorted out any snagging promptly.

Richard and his team were spot on, there were some changes and complications along the way. But Richard was very clear with us the whole way through and gave us great advice. Would highly recommend, a great builder who is local to New Malden and very personable.
