I purchased an awning from SBI in April. The company were very helpful and efficient from initial advice through the survey and installation process. The job was done on schedule to an excellent finish with no mess and the old awning taken away. In my opinion the awning is good quality and and value compared to other products on the market. My electric awning was not responding to my remote control. I contacted SBI Awning services who had serviced the awning about 5 years ago. Stephanie made an appointment which was convenient for me very quickly. John and Robert arrived on time. They were courteous and friendly.
