    Prompt, professional and polite service

    From the moment I asked for a quotation by email for supply and installation of blinds for my kitchen window, SBI was always prompt, professional and courteus. They first sent a surveyor to confirm the measurements with whom I took the opportunity to discuss the possible colour for the blinds and then the installer himself. Both were very friendly and polite and got on with their job quietly and without fussiness. The blinds work smoothly and look really classy, I'm thouroughly happy with them!

    New Awning

    I purchased an awning from SBI in April. The company were very helpful and efficient from initial advice through the survey and installation process. The job was done on schedule to an excellent finish with no mess and the old awning taken away. In my opinion the awning is good quality and and value compared to other products on the market. I would recommend this company and in particular would like to mention and thank my advisor David and installers John and Dominic.

    Service and clean my electric awning.

    My electric awning was not responding to my remote control. I contacted SBI Awning services who had serviced the awning about 5 years ago. Stephanie made an appointment which was convenient for me very quickly. John and Robert arrived on time. They were courteous and friendly. They replaced the remote control, serviced the motor and cleaned the awning. I am delighted with the result.
