On Easter Friday the motor on our 20 feet wide awning failed whilst open. The wind picked up and damaged it . This left us with no option but to lash it with ropes. The only company to respond during this holiday shut down was SBI Ltd. David reacted with efficiency and arranged for Gerard and Steve to come out and repair with a new motor and service a few days later. The communication throughout was spot on. This is an excellent company and we would highly recommend them.

I can't fault the company always quick to respond, turned up on time, on the day that was booked. They were always courteous, really helpful and did a great job. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to other people.

I rang the company at the suggesting of Hilary’s who had fitted the original awning in 2011 as I had mislaid the remote. Unfortunately the awnings no longer had the same motors so I could not just obtain a new remote. SBI were very helpful and suggested I have a full service for the awning and get a replacement motor and remote. The gentlemen who came to do the service were very professional, efficient and courteous.

I cannot say how much I am pleased with the professional way that my purchase and subsequent fitting of our awning was dealt with From the initial request with the office, the visit to estimate the work and the subsequent fitting, all was carried out with extreme professionalism. The quality of the product is first class. I can without doubt recommend this company to any potential purchasers

Following research into possible companies that could repair or replace an old awning I chose Sbi limited, and I am glad that I did. They have been extremely professional and helpful in deciding the most suitable model for my home. They were happy to accommodate my timeframes and when we discovered a problem with the wall that the awning was to be fitted to, they were incredibly helpful in helping find a solution. My dealing with James, David, Gerard and Steve have all been a pleasure. As a former Director of Customer Service I appreciate good service. Sbi deliver excellent service and value.

SBI sourced the pergola to suit our rear patio (outside bifold doors), I believe by importing from abroad. They scheduled installation, and although there was a slight delay in getting the material into the country they kept us informed at every stage. Indeed, their communications regarding all aspects of the transaction were exceptionally good. When the day arrived, John and Dominic turned up on time and with all they needed to complete a swift and very expert installation. Their conduct and performance were in all respects professional. We could not be happier with the end result.
