My electric awning was not responding to my remote control. I contacted SBI Awning services who had serviced the awning about 5 years ago. Stephanie made an appointment which was convenient for me very quickly. John and Robert arrived on time. They were courteous and friendly. They replaced the remote control, serviced the motor and cleaned the awning. I am delighted with the result.

SBI have maintained the awnings at our home for a number of years and have always provided excellent service. The company is reliable, polite and everyone is very friendly and helpful.

This is the second time I have used SBI. On both occasions the service team was excellent. They were very knowledgeable about my awning even though it is quite old. They carried out the work in a professional manner and left the awning looking spick and span.

Have been using SBI For our business and domestic awnings for a number of years now. James and the team are highly knowledgable and efficient. Today we had an awning (fitted a few years back) serviced and cleaned. The guys are always super friendly and extremely efficient ..answering any questions and left the area spotless ..even moving/ replacing furniture and washed down the patio windows!
