Steve is an absolute gent & I wholeheartedly recommend SB Heating & Bathrooms. I actually paid half the price compared to most of the quotes I received from Checkatrade. People like Steve help you keep faith in the human race.

Steve was great, came within 30 mins of my initial request made sure I was fully informed of the work he was carrying out. Straightforward and friendly- would highly recommend and use again.

Prompt response, clear communication and eagerness to do the work, although it was only two relatively small jobs. Work was done efficiently and tidily - exactly what was needed.

After our initial plumber carried out a first fix poorly and then let us down for the second fix, Steve come highly recommended from Tile Smart, Romford. I wish I had contacted Steve initially because his professionalism, hard work and reasonable prices couldn’t be matched. Nothing was too much trouble. He organised the delivery of the goods, completed the second fix to a great standard within two days and even recommended and organised a mastic man to finish our bathroom off beautifully. We couldn’t be more pleased with the end result and will definitely be contacting Steve in the future!

Steve replied promptly and arranged an early visit to assess the jobs. He then provided a clear estimate, attended as agreed and did exactly what was required for a fair price. Steve was punctual, respectful (eg shoe covers without being asked - not all trades people do) and ensured I was happy with the work at the end of the job.
