I had lost my office facility. Steve cleared the problem rapidly and efficiently.

The necessary work involved was explained to me in terms that I could understand My questions were also answered in terms that I could understand. When the work was completed I felt more confident about the procedure and I appreciated that I had 'been included'.

Steve and I discussed my requirements over the phone prior to his visit. On the day, Steve turned up with all the necessary equipment and sorted my problem efficiently and without any fuss. He was very polite and friendly. I would unhesitatingly use him again.

Steve listened to my reasons for booking the appointment. I was concerned that Windows 10 is due to cease next year but it can be replaced by Windows 11. He has provided me with dates to consult him re: the Windows change, the dates when the Garden Waste fee is due and Anti-Virus dates.

Steve was punctual, friendly and gave excellent advice on the state of my desktop. I would definitely recommend him if you have any issues with your computer
