Steve listened to my reasons for booking the appointment.
I was concerned that Windows 10 is due to cease next year but it can be replaced by Windows 11.
He has provided me with dates to consult him re: the Windows change, the dates when the Garden Waste fee is due and Anti-Virus dates.

I got a very quick response from SBG even though it was Saturday. They diagnosed the issue and let me know that the best option was to replace, even though that meant there was no job for them to do. I appreciate that sort of honesty from technical experts.
