  Thiru recently installed our CCTV and alarm system. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He was always available to answer our questions, and arrived on time. Especially comparing our experience to our last engineer, his service has really stood out. The CCTV system itself is impressive, as we have two way audio, event detection that can be configured for each camera, and an option to enable/disable the strobe light/alarm (we manually enable this in the app at night time). To reduce false positives you can set up line detection/intrusion detection for specific areas.

  Thiru is friendly and professional. I would recommend. Quote/Estimate contained all information required to make an informed decision. He kindly provided 2 quotes with different equipment, providing customer with the choice. Arrived promptly, courteous to residents, carried out work meticulously and with care. Good local business.

  Thiru is absolutely fantastic. We have had alot of work done with him and have been using him for over five years. He is honest, reliable, good prices and helpful. I recently had an issue with my alarm and Bell and Thiru came and rectified it immediately. The aftercare service is great. Highley recommended
