Prior to the installation, he was extremely helpful, he listened carefully to our questions and answered comprehensively. He worked very well and left everything clean and tidy. Thiru recently installed our CCTV and alarm system. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He was always available to answer our questions, and arrived on time. Especially comparing our experience to our last engineer, his service has really stood out. The CCTV system itself is impressive, as we have two way audio, event detection that can be configured for each camera, and an option to enable/disable the strobe light/alarm (we manually enable this in the app at night time). To reduce false positives you can set up line detection/intrusion detection for specific areas.

Thiru just installed CCTV and replaced old alarm with the new Texecom wireless version. Quick, friendly and very professional. Would highly recommend.
