Their professionalism and customer service were excellent—friendly, efficient, and never pushy. The quality of the windows is impressive, and the thinner frame option looks fantastic — you’d never know it’s PVC rather than wood. A well-run, trustworthy business that I’ll definitely be using again for my next project.”

  Great job from the team!

  I had a great experience with Sash Windows London! The installation team of Vasile and Marius were professional, communicative and did a fantastic job. They were really tidy and even took their shoes off when entering (which wasn’t even needed!) and so considerate! The management team, Jake and Elvin, also visited, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for timber sash or uPVC installations — top-notch service and easy to manage from abroad as well!

  Very well made window and pro installation

  I am very satisfied with this company. I decided to replace a window in one of the rooms of my house that used to be very cold. I chose a wooden window because my home is located in a conservation area. The new window is beautiful and fits perfectly with both the façade of the building and the interior of the room. The installers were extremely professional and efficient. Considering that I have carpet throughout the house, they were incredibly careful they covered all the furniture and the carpet properly, and took away the old window and all the waste materials. Thank you

  Great experience - highly recommend this company

  have had a great experience with Sash Windows London and am very happy with my new windows. I have experienced great customer service from the first email communication I received and never felt under any pressure from their sales team - who were always super helpful answering questions and showing me the different variations available. I was lucky to get my installation date moved forward and the installation team were wonderful and treated my home with so much care and left my home and front garden spotless. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to update their windows.

  Sash Windows London have been a great company to deal with. Good customer service. Friendly and efficient & no pressure selling. My new Windows are lovely. I am so pleased with the quality. The fitters worked incredibly hard & left everything spotless. I highly recommend this company.

  Sash Windows London have been a pleasure to work with, from the first visit with James, the communication and customer service has been excellent! The new timber windows have transformed our house, Vasile and Marius are highly skilled, efficient and left the house immaculate every day!
