From survey to installation, the whole process was professional. The team installing the windows were lovely to have around, skilled and went above and beyond to finish the job on time. The windows and doors look brilliant!

The Sash Windows London team were professional and helpful from start to finish - it was a big project for me, but I felt confident I was doing the right thing - and now they are installed, I'm really pleased with the result. The fitting team did a great job fitting & finishing, which was very neat - and they look great and work well. This was the 3rd time I have used SWL and they have been excellent each time.

Very good communication from start to finish. Stuck to time scales for completion. Overall very happy with new windows and will be back for the next set that need doing shortly.

Excellent job done in every respect - punctuality, expertise, speed of work, general politeness, removal of old windows, minimum mess and disruption during job, and careful clearing-up afterwards. (And no cigarette-smoking.) One smallish area of painted internal plasterwork was lost during the whole process, which was unfortunate (and was repaired with filler) - but in every other respect, the workmanship was immaculate. Also the work of the scaffolders on preceding and subsequent days was super-expert, tidy, and remarkably quick.

We just had 7 old timber windows in our new flat replaced and the team at SWL were brilliant from start to finish. They gave us excellent advice at the beginning, taking time to run us through the different option and giving guidance on things to watch out for when replacing windows in an old victorian home. The installation itself was seamless. The team was friendly & professional, went above and beyond to prevent any damage to our new floors or the flat roof on the floor below, left the site in a great state and took time to talk us through everything we need to be aware of at the end.

Sash Windows London Ltd replaced three timber sash windows in my Victorian cottage last week. Since visiting their showroom in November, they’ve provided an excellent level of service; responding promptly to all communication and questions. They arrived promptly on the two fitting days, finishing the job to a very high standard and left the site as they found it. I’m extremely pleased with the work and windows have been admired by the neighbours! Couldn’t recommend them more!
