    Great service & amazing windows.

    I’m absolutely thrilled with the new bay window fitting! The craftsmanship is outstanding — every edge aligns perfectly, and the finish looks seamless. It’s transformed the room, letting in so much more natural light and giving the space a beautiful, open feel. The team was professional, tidy, and clearly took pride in their work. Couldn’t be happier with the result — highly recommended!

    Excellent from start to finish

    We found Sash Windows London by pure chance by spotting one of their vans in Twickenham . As we needed some new windows in our property we reached out to them and to be honest we could not have made a better choice . We ended up placing an order and the experience of dealing with Sash Windows London has been exceptional from start to finish . Absolutely first class . From dealing with Lydia, the showroom manager, to Tony who complete the site survey, to Sreetha from the installation team to actually dealing with the installer Andrew and his colleague on the day of installation we could not

    Professional and Reassuring

    Professional and Reassuring From estimate to fitting, the company has been professional and accommodating. The fitters themselves were very good, tidy and precise. Shout out to Kaspar and Ivan - very hard working. They had a third floor job without lift and carried out their work without complaining.

    "Outstanding experience from start to finish! They were the only company to provide a truly detailed and transparent quote, clearly explaining every cost upfront. Their professionalism and customer service were excellent—friendly, efficient, and never pushy. The quality of the windows is impressive, and the thinner frame option looks fantastic — you’d never know it’s PVC rather than wood.     Great job from the team!

    I had a great experience with Sash Windows London! The installation team of Vasile and Marius were professional, communicative and did a fantastic job. They were really tidy and even took their shoes off when entering (which wasn’t even needed!) and so considerate! The management team, Jake and Elvin, also visited, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for timber sash or uPVC installations — top-notch service and easy to manage from abroad as well!

    Very well made window and pro installation

    I am very satisfied with this company. I decided to replace a window in one of the rooms of my house that used to be very cold. I chose a wooden window because my home is located in a conservation area. The new window is beautiful and fits perfectly with both the façade of the building and the interior of the room. The installers were extremely professional and efficient. Considering that I have carpet throughout the house, they were incredibly careful they covered all the furniture and the carpet properly, and took away the old window and all the waste materials. Thank you
