  Great experience.

  I had a great experience with Sapphire. They responded fast to my enquiry, took time to answer all my questions and give me the advice I needed. Chris dealt patiently with the somewhat crowded plumbing under my sink, and installed a new tap with filter along the way. Now we have softened and filtered water, which makes a HUGE difference to the awful hard water we had before - love it!

  Couldn't recommend highly enough

  We could not have had a more positive experience. The consultation with Chris was incredibly thorough and clear and the installation could not have gone more smoothly. The finish was incredibly neat and tidy and we are delighted with the results. The softer water is already having a major benefit on hair and skin and the filter has transformed the taste!

  Sapphire Softeners - Excellent, fast and professional

  Chris and his team have been fast, friendly and highly professional throughout the straightforward process. Our ageing softener and its associated over pressure pipework was surveyed and replaced within two weeks of initial free onsite review. The attention to detail and level of service is second to none.   Local and better than the 'big names'

  We chose to use Sapphire water softeners rather than some of the, 'big names' and we didn't regret it. We'd previously had a water softener through Harvey's and found them pushy and the after care not great. Sapphire's quote was very competitive and they were able to install quickly. Chris was very friendly and communication was fantastic. He was punctual and worked really hard to install our softener in the wasted space in the corner of our kitchen. We are also now purchasing salt through sapphire as they are cheaper than our previous suppliers.

  I would highly recommend Sapphire!

  I can’t fault the experience we had with Sapphire! Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He talked us through the pros and cons of the 2 machines we were considering and personalised his advice to our house. We found this invaluable and it helped us to make an informed decision. When it came to install, as usually Chris was extremely polite and knowledgeable and even came back a few weeks later to add a missing part he’d found in our pipework when installing the softener. I would highly recommend Sapphire if you’re looking for a water softener!
