We chose to use Sapphire water softeners rather than some of the, 'big names' and we didn't regret it. We'd previously had a water softener through Harvey's and found them pushy and the after care not great. Sapphire's quote was very competitive and they were able to install quickly. Chris was very friendly and communication was fantastic. He was punctual and worked really hard to install our softener in the wasted space in the corner of our kitchen. We are also now purchasing salt through sapphire as they are cheaper than our previous suppliers.

I can’t fault the experience we had with Sapphire! Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He talked us through the pros and cons of the 2 machines we were considering and personalised his advice to our house. We found this invaluable and it helped us to make an informed decision. When it came to install, as usually Chris was extremely polite and knowledgeable and even came back a few weeks later to add a missing part he’d found in our pipework when installing the softener. I would highly recommend Sapphire if you’re looking for a water softener!

He was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me well-informed at every stage. I really appreciated his clear explanations of the available options, all delivered with absolutely no sales pressure. The installation went smoothly, and I’m extremely pleased with the end result.

Chris is a true professional. He had great trouble getting to our water pipe buried in a 1920s brick wall. He persevered for hours and got the job done. Customer service of the company is first class, I have now recommended them for at least four of our friends where Chris installed their softeners. When we are running short of salt, all I do is send a text to Chris with the number of packs needed and Chris will make sure to deliver them promptly.

When Chris came to do the survey for my water softener installation I knew straight away that I would pick his company because I got honest and helpful advice instead of a pressured sales pitch. He was very professional, turned up promptly for the installation and did a fantastic job. Bulk buying the salt from him means that I get the best value on the market, and Sapphire also posts me my yearly cartridges. Chris is always friendly and ready to answer our questions, I hope if we ever move we'll still be in his catchment area. I would not hesitate to recommend Sapphire Water Softeners.
