Punctuality, communication, courtesy, good work and professionalism. Micheal is all of this! I was a bit sceptical about the 10/10 on his reviews, but I am leaving now same score. Michael did absolutely everything we asked for to please us and I am leaving him this review not particularly for the work which it was still conducted at a good standard, but for the extraordinary customer service, politeness and good manners he had with us and the respect of our property.
