Punctuality, communication, courtesy, good work and professionalism. Micheal is all of this! I was a bit sceptical about the 10/10 on his reviews, but I am leaving now same score. Michael did absolutely everything we asked for to please us and I am leaving him this review not particularly for the work which it was still conducted at a good standard, but for the extraordinary customer service, politeness and good manners he had with us and the respect of our property. Good experience with Michael and the team. Communicated well and came to asses the issue in person before quoting and got the work done the next day. Also sorted a second issue for me that cropped up the morning of the work.
