    Great service and advice from experts

    Vic came today to help with our macerator, which was behaving abnormally with delayed and prolonged pumping. Vic quickly diagnosed the problem (limescale) and removed the scale from relevant areas before testing the unit. He also gave helpful advice on how to keep the unit and associated pipes in good working order and avoid it scaling up again. Making the appointment was quick and easy via the website and the office staff were friendly. Vic was on time, very friendly and a great communicator. Payment by card was convenient.

    One of my drains was blocked. When I contacted them, they fitted a visit to me in quickly. Arrived on time, were friendly, efficient and effective. And I didn’t think them to be expensive. I have used them before and would most certainly use them again if I needed any of the services they provide.

    Always helpful on the phone and four years since the last service I was thinking the pump might need replacing! Jon said the unit is 20 years old and so I decided that was the right thing to do! He was full of advice and explained everything.

    Great company

    Have used Sani Solutions for quite a few years. There service is excellent from time of booking an engineer through to the completion of the work. The administration is very good and communication at a high level. Their engineers are prompt, polite, highly effective and knowledgeable and always provide additional advice on the day. The last service was conducted by Vic and he arrived bang on time and carried out an efficient service of our sink pump. I would highly recommend this company.

    Bi-yearly service on macerator

    I use Sani solutions for all my macerator services and they are fantastic. I’ve had the same engineer, Jon Bolton, last couple of visits and he is fantastic. He is very thorough and knowledgable and has even suggested a change in service to meet our requirements. Very pleased. Overall, the communication is clear, timing is punctual and the standard of work is excellent.
