    I’m very pleased with the quick and great service Sani Solutions did in sorting the problem with the downstairs lobby toilet. The engineer was very knowledgeable and pleasant and successfully fixed the problem.

    We had problems with our Sani Flow toilet, the solution was to replace both the pump & the flush system. Everything looked & sounded great but the problem was that although it was a new flush system it was failing to flush just a few sheets of toilet paper away. A bit of a "head scratcher?" To cut a long story short, the problem was solved by replacing the pan. The firm was efficient & professional in rectifying the problem & we were only further charged for the new toilet & that was at cost price too. Problems can happen but it is how well they are resolved that counts.
