    Great service

    Carl, arrived and was briefed on the issue with our Sani system. He quickly ascertained that the original installation, from a builder, had been incorrect and he took action to rectify this. He was very precise and had excellent system knowledge and was very personable. In essence he’s an all round sand system expert and has excellent plumbing knowledge, He’s someone who is always searching for and finding solutions. He’s a credit to the company.

    Super speedy service!

    Even though it was late on a Sunday evening the company managed to book a call out for Monday. The engineer sorted my problem out quickly. I was very happy with the service provided and thought it was great value for money!

    Vic arrived on time. He was very polite, and efficient carrying out a service and some repairs to our Saniflow. He left the bathroom clean and tidy, and showed me some photos of the problems he had found. A great service.

    A fast, efficient, friendly and reliable service

    I can’t describe how efficient and helpful Sani Solutions were. On Christmas Day it was clear that there was a problem with my elderly mother’s saniflo. Boxing Day was also spent trying to sort out the issue as we expected nobody to be available to help over the holiday period. On the 27th I rang Sani Solutions (the 1st company on my list) at 9am. The call was quickly answered & they said a colleague would be calling us back. When the call came, they were able to tell me the cost and offer a visit before the New Year, even that afternoon. By 3.30 pm everything was resolved. Amazing!!
