Prior notification of exact time of arrival much appreciated. As usual Ben carried out a thorough and comprehensive service of the two saniflow systems I have. Professional, courteous and respectful of our home. Highly recommend.

Since the installation of our kitchen Sani Vite, Sani Solutions have provided excellent service. The installation is serviced annually to maintain it's life and prevent having to install a new one. It works. Booking is easy. And the contractor always turns up on time and leaves everything in good order. Can't fault them.

The macerator in our loft room would not switch off after toilet use. Ben arrived on time to attend to the problem. The job was completed in about 45 minutes by replacing the switch rubber membrane. Thanks Ben for the service and description of several associated things…

Needed a repair to a macerator and a service for another one. Overall experience fabulous - prompt call handling initially and engineer onsite within 48 hours. Engineer totally fab - worked neatly, arrived early and explained the work simply and completed it quickly. Good price too !!

Although not strictly an emergency, they fitted me in within a couple of days. Jon, was excellent. He arrived on time having given notice. He was courteous, efficient, and tidied up after himself. And he was successful! The cost was a lot less than I had expected, which was an additional plus. I intend using the company again to ‘sort out’ my very ancient sink and washbasins taps. I am very happy to recommend them.

Both the office staff and Terry the engineer were very efficient, professional and a pleasure to do business with. Would highly recommend.
