Macerator developed a fault. Message on company WhatsApp was responded to within an hour and passed onto the office who then contacted me to arrange an appointment. Vic arrived on time, - polite, friendly - disconnected plumbing, pulled out toilet to access faulty macerator, cleaned and serviced the unit, replaced shrunken membrane and put everything back together and checked thoroughly. All done in 45 minutes, no fuss, no 'teeth sucking'. Reasonable price for the expertise and peace of mind provided. Will use again. Highly recommended.

Vic the engineer arrived within an hour of me making the call. He dismantled the unit and told me exactly what the problems were. It was less than an hour that he fixed, cleaned and checked the other components. A proper tradesman. 10/10
