Would never use again

Not happy with consistency of communication and level of care during project. Agreed details were not put in writing, leading to ambiguities. Expected regular photos and updates. Some things were rushed or we were not consulted on. Ended up paying additional money we were not expecting to. Grouting was DIY quality, left messy and we had to revisit a lot ourselves. Owner was very aggressive to us wanting things revisited before being paid, claiming everything was perfect, what we had asked for, and threatened to rip it all back up. Left last piece of work unfinished for 2+ weeks after was paid.

Driveway installation

Simon was very prompt to visit our property and provided a reasonable quote very quickly. Once agreed to proceed, Simon's team started very quickly and the job was completed to a very high standard promptly(old driveway/tiled path. We would definitely recommend Simon and his company to anyone looking for driveway installations.

Lovely new block paving driveway

S&T Groundworks removed our old concrete driveway covered in gravel, replacing it with new block paving. It looks excellent and we are really pleased. The work was carried out exactly as we discussed with Simon. The team worked solidly from when they arrived until end of each day. Everything was done with minimum disruption and mess. Simon made regular checks to make sure all was going well and that we were happy, responding to requests for small finishing touches. Couldn’t really ask for more!

Restoration to look like new.

Simon and his team refurbished about 35 sq m of stone terracing with brick retaining walls and edging. They also treated a smaller area of crazy paving at the side of the house. I was pleasantly surprised to see the different colours of the indian stone slabs restored to look like new, after almost 20 years of use.
