  Would never use again

  Not happy with consistency of communication and level of care during project. Agreed details were not put in writing, leading to ambiguities. Expected regular photos and updates. Some things were rushed or we were not consulted on. Ended up paying additional money we were not expecting to. Grouting was DIY quality, left messy and we had to revisit a lot ourselves. Owner was very aggressive to us wanting things revisited before being paid, claiming everything was perfect, what we had asked for, and threatened to rip it all back up. Left last piece of work unfinished for 2+ weeks after was paid.
