  Full renovation - mid-century property

  Completed a full house renovation with S&B - from start to finish they demonstrated outstanding professionalism, skill and attention to detail. Our project involved architect / interior design-led plans, which required ability to realise design elements within existing structure. Not always easy but S&B presented solutions so we didn’t have to compromise on our vision - we were also delighted with the quality of finish. Additional items requested outside original scope of work were always fairly priced. Great communication, patience and always available to answer queries. Thanks so much S&B!

  Ground Floor extension

  Work inc, but not limited to: 6M brick extension inline with new building regs Back wall removal Steel Box Frame Relocation of inspection chamber New floor to screed level thought 2 x Sky lanterns Downstairs WC Boiler relocation Underfloor heating Sinan/Mirjan (+ team) were amazing with a wealth of experience. The job was completed on time and we are incredibly happy nearly a year later. Sinan correctly advised on many aspects of the job which we had not considered. They were always on time and even worked in -8 degrees over December to help us get to a good position come Christmas.

  An extension to the back of the house and some internal configuration.

  S and B Builders were very hard working, professional and committed throughout the process. Their quote was fair and they were trustworthy. Sinan is an experienced and dedicated builder and he was always available to solve problems as they arose. Emails were responded to promptly and this was very reassuring. The tradesmen were friendly and helpful and it was no problem having them in the house. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

  If you are looking for a professional, accurate, on-time, responsible and good quality builder, then look no where else! Sinan and his team did an excellent job.
