Used S&B Building Services for our kitchen extension and to re-do bedroom and bathroom. We were very happy with the work they have completed and the process as a whole – have recommended them to friends already and would do the same for others looking to complete similar building work. The quote we received for the work was competitive and easy to understand. During the process we required some additional work to be completed and again these quotes were good – I had a second opinion on a few of these that agreed to that. Completed a full house renovation with S&B - from start to finish they demonstrated outstanding professionalism, skill and attention to detail. Our project involved architect / interior design-led plans, which required ability to realise design elements within existing structure. Not always easy but S&B presented solutions so we didn’t have to compromise on our vision - we were also delighted with the quality of finish. The job was completed on time and we are incredibly happy nearly a year later. Sinan correctly advised on many aspects of the job which we had not considered. They were always on time and even worked in -8 degrees over December to help us get to a good position come Christmas.

S and B Builders were very hard working, professional and committed throughout the process. Their quote was fair and they were trustworthy. Sinan is an experienced and dedicated builder and he was always available to solve problems as they arose. Emails were responded to promptly and this was very reassuring. The tradesmen were friendly and helpful and it was no problem having them in the house. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
