  Sam contacted me promptly, and provided a reasonable and competitive quote in a short time, with timetable. He also provided proof of insurance which I asked for. The work was carried out as agreed, very promptly, and Sam kept in touch with times. The work was carried out exactly as requested and the site left clean and tidy. I would happily recommend this firm to others and would use again if the need arose

  Got in touch very quickly, and we arranged to meet for a quote. Attended on time, gave a verbal quote, confirmed by email later as requested, and a date to do the work. Kept in touch, did the work on the day arranged, all as agreed. Left the place tidy. I'm happy with the result
