We had fir trees and ordinary trees that needed to be cut. First visit gave quote for the fir trees only and said he would send quotes for the fir trees and other trees by email. We waited nearly two weeks but no email came with the quotes. We called the three times on the same day and got message saying they are on other the call. We are still waiting for a reply to our email... Very very disappointed as we were thinking of choosing them to do the jobs.

Same was great and very communicative. He left everything nice and tidy.

Sammy contacted me and asked for pictures of the job. From the pictures he gave me a quote and I accepted. He booked a time arrived punctually and completed the job plus two other smaller tree related work that he agreed to do. Excellent service would recommend

Sam was very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. I learned a lot about the trees in our garden and surrounding gardens (apple, plum, hazelnut, laurel) by speaking to him and I feel like I'm better placed to look after them now :)
