Hello, I am Sam the Plumber.

I am a Somerset based plumber who specialises in bathroom installations & repairs.

I have 16 years of experience and have worked for some of the largest companies in the UK.

I started my journey in social housing before moving into the private sector where I managed large projects and trained multiple apprentices.

I cover a vast range of plumbing and heating works but mainly specialise in bathroom renovations, repairs, restorations and general plumbing.

No job is too big or small and is always carried out to the best of my ability.

I pay a meticulous attention to detail ensuring the quality of my finish is unmatched both on show and concealed with a long guarantee provided.

What you see is what you get, I want to keep my business small to ensure my clients receive the best service possible.

You will communicate directly with me throughout your whole experience from answering the first call, providing you with a quotation through to carrying out the entire works and billing.

On a bathroom project I will carry out virtually every aspect of the installation myself I.e. Plumbing, Tiling & building works and only use specialist trades such as carpenters/joiners, plasterers and electricians to ensure a high standard is kept throughout every element of the project.

I am transparent with pricing, there will never be any hidden costs, all potential outcomes & risks will be explained before work commences with solutions and guidelines provided if such scenarios occur.

If something is out of my remit, I have NO! interest in taking your money I will just refer you to an appropriate recommended contractor, I have built up a network of recommended tradespeople throughout my years on the tools and will refer you directly.

Repeat business and happy clients mean more to me than quick money and a dishonest living, I am aware of the reputation tradespeople have and the anxiety around having works done in your home, so I try to remove some of the stigma towards us.

I am fully insured & pride myself on a friendly, honest, transparent and easy service to ensure you feel safe within your own property during my time there and with my work afterwards.
