Sam is very professional and courteous. He was able to fit me in on the morning I contacted him. The price was made clear in advance so, no unexpected higher charges at the end of the job. Upon inspection he explained what needed to be done. The tap needed replacing so I said that I would like to replace it for another style. Sam checked online and came up with what I was after, he popped out to get the tap and a few supplies needed. He was back within 30 minutes and got on with the job which was done to a high standard. Sam was really pleasant and came within 48 hours to fix a leak. He went through the work needed clearly so I could understand and even helped explain what I would need to do when claiming through my insurance. Would definitely use again if I needed to.
