  Balcony and roof repairs

  From the first moment I contacted Sam I was very impressed. He could see the job I had was fairly urgent and he started work for me the following day. Sam and his team were very professional and did a fantastic job of repairing my balcony and my roof. Every day he kept me updated with photos and videos of his work and the progress being made. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sam.

  This was "a stitch in time" as the chimney and roof needed urgent repair.

  The chimney was crumbling and in danger of falling down. The roof had no water proof membrane anymore and the tiles were damaged and cracked in places letting water into the loft space. A very good job done by Sam and his lads to fix all that, especially when the client kept expanding the work, in that it just started as the chimney repair and grew from there.

  Replace a small number of broken roof tiles on a garage roof.

  Poor workmanship, cheap materials and pressure tactics to try and make the job bigger and more costly than the original scope/remit. The original quote was for £360, at one point I was quoted £4000.00 to do the job 'properly' after a large hole had been exposed in the garage roof by the contractor.

  I work with a lot of customers day and day out and I have a lot of happy customers all my customers I will make happy and they don’t pay any payment until the job is fully complete as all of my customers when I first approached this property, the lady had some young lads run over the roof and broken all of the felt as well. I explained to the lady that she needed more work than a £300  repair so then I charged her 800 odd pounds to repair the whole roof of any broken slates and any broken felt where needed. I then noticed that the lady had a 25 x 38 Batons which it should’ve been a 25 x 50 for slate she then said I had to put pressure on her which she was on holiday at the time and I also sent her a message that I will wait for her to get back to know her decision and then she wrote all of this statement about me which is not true.
