  Balcony and roof repairs

  From the first moment I contacted Sam I was very impressed. He could see the job I had was fairly urgent and he started work for me the following day. Sam and his team were very professional and did a fantastic job of repairing my balcony and my roof. Every day he kept me updated with photos and videos of his work and the progress being made.   This was "a stitch in time" as the chimney and roof needed urgent repair.

  The chimney was crumbling and in danger of falling down. The roof had no water proof membrane anymore and the tiles were damaged and cracked in places letting water into the loft space. A very good job done by Sam and his lads to fix all that, especially when the client kept expanding the work, in that it just started as the chimney repair and grew from there.
