Sam himself came out to look at the problem. Explained it to me in detail and gave me a quote. However, after removing the old roof covering, a few surprises appeared underneath. Sam was very calm and thoroughly explained what will have to be done to resolve back to 100%. I really appreciate his patience. Due to the extra work, Sam had to juggle his time to make sure that the project was completed as quick as possible. Sam kept me up to date on the repairs and completed in record time. The roof looks like new now. Many thanks to Sam and his team. I will definitely use him again in the future.

The job started as a simple valley repair which ended up a full roof repair. Sam and his team kept us involved all the way through with videos of the issues as they were discovered. It was fully explained to us before any additional work was started. His team were courteous and respectful of our property. And at the end of the job, they were thorough with tidying up. Very happy with the job and the service.

Call Sam to address a small Roofer issues that we had immediately come out took photographs of the issue we accepted his offer as it was reasonable. He was very professional and sorted the issue out immediately we are so happy and would happy to recommend
