  Replaced rotten door sill. 10/10 Recommend

  Had my rotten door sill replaced and couldn’t be happier. Sam was polite, punctual, and offered a very reasonable quote. He accepted the job quickly and carried out the work with great availability. Excellent workmanship — highly recommended.

  Great work and professional

  I am extremely pleased with the quality of work carried out by Sam. I had a significant leak in my ceiling, and he responded promptly, first capping the leak to prevent further damage. He then returned with the correct pipes, carried out the full repair, and carefully restored the ceiling. This required making an access hole, which he later repaired seamlessly so that the finish looked as good as new. In addition to resolving the plumbing issue, Sam also decorated one of my rooms. The walls needed to be skimmed, and he completed this with great attention to detail. The final result is smooth,

  Loft ladder and floorboard installation

  3rd time we have hired Sam and as always perfect. This time installed a loft ladder and plywood floorboards in loft. Really tricky angles to make it work but he’s done a great job, very neat and tidy, nicely painted new loft door so looks good as well, everything sorted. Nicest, most hardworking bloke and never any fuss. Would recommend to anyone.

  Excellent Work on Patio and Fence

  I recently hired Sam for a patio extension and some fence work, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the job was handled with professionalism and care. The quality of the work is excellent, and everything was completed cleanly and efficiently.   BRILLIANT HOUSE RENOVATION

  Totally agree with ALL the Reviews that Sam & his Team are worthy of 10/10. Sam has to be the Kindest & Coolest Builder we have ever encountered. He is a total gentleman. His work was of an exemplary standard & we couldn't be happier. Our Neighbours have commented on the High Quality of his Workmanship. We would never think of Hiring any other Builder now we have experienced Sam's Work. He could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Sam made great suggestions & nothing was too much trouble. A great Experience & it's not often one can say that!!! Thank you Sam.
