3rd time we have hired Sam and as always perfect. This time installed a loft ladder and plywood floorboards in loft. Really tricky angles to make it work but he’s done a great job, very neat and tidy, nicely painted new loft door so looks good as well, everything sorted. Nicest, most hardworking bloke and never any fuss. Would recommend to anyone.

I recently hired Sam for a patio extension and some fence work, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the job was handled with professionalism and care. The quality of the work is excellent, and everything was completed cleanly and efficiently. Totally agree with ALL the Reviews that Sam & his Team are worthy of 10/10. Sam has to be the Kindest & Coolest Builder we have ever encountered. He is a total gentleman. His work was of an exemplary standard & we couldn't be happier. Our Neighbours have commented on the High Quality of his Workmanship. We would never think of Hiring any other Builder now we have experienced Sam's Work. He could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Sam made great suggestions & nothing was too much trouble. I recently hired Sam to repaint my entire apartment and I could not be more thrilled with the results. From the very start, Sam was professional, responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. He took the time to carefully understand my vision, made thoughtful recommendations and completely the job in a timely fashion. I have since re-hired him to unlock a jammed door, fit blinds and so much more. Highly recommended!!!

Sam was amazing from start to finish, he went the extra mile painting all our doors and the frames so it looked cohesive. My husband and me are thrilled with the work and would recommend him to anyone and everyone. It is hard to find a brilliant builder and Sam is that, he is fantastic and cleaned up after as well. There are no faults with the work or the entire experience with Sam.

We’ve worked with Sam in the past, and again more recently for a bathroom refit and wall partition. As always, his workmanship, attention to detail and dedication to the job is 10/10. Highly recommend, and will work with him again for any future jobs that come our way.
