They have been each year for the last 3 years gradually replacing our upstairs windows. Each time they have been magnificent- doing the work on time, to a high standard, and clearing up impeccably on each occasion. The company have been absolutely brilliant from the start. I was kept up to date on every aspect of my order. If I had a question, there was always someone at the end of the phone to assist. I had to adjust my order slightly and this was done seamlessly. The personal touch is what I found so comforting, knowing I was important to them as a person. Excellent servicd from statr to finish. No hassle quotation, fast and accurately measued and an excellent job of installation. The office kept us informed at every stage.
