Replacement of patio doors. Installed premium product by a very profession team who were friendly, courteous, tidy and timely.

I had to organise a project remotely. Kelly and the team at Saje were excellent with communication and advice. Project completed in a good time frame and pricing structure was clearly quoted.

Had adjustments made to badly fitting windows and French windows. From the initial visit to the completion of the work, I was impressed by the efficiency, politeness and helpfulness of the person who did the work and the office staff. There was no push to replace the windows: they were happy to adjust them to get rid of gaps and draughts.

I was so impressed with the lovely front door Saje fitted last July. Right from my first call to arrange an appointment through to the installation I received friendly, efficient service from everybody I dealt with. On returning from an extended holiday yesterday I had a problem with the lock. Within 30 minutes of speaking to Teresa Steve came and sorted it out - that’s what I call amazing service. It turns out the lock wasn’t faulty. The problem was entirely due me forgetting to oil it. A mistake I won’t make again. Thank you again Saje

My orginal replacement doors were fitted in 2013 and they have been excellent. This year they needed some adjustment as they had been caught by a gale force wind and the top hinge was out of alignment. Steve was excellent , very responsive and highly personable. He replaced the bent hinge and sorted the door alignment. Good as new !Excellent customer service thank you
