  Helpful, knowledgeable, arrived on time. My cooker is so old, they don't make the parts for it any more, but Stu was reassuring about safety for the time being which is what I wanted.

  Great experience. Stuart diagnosed the problem with our oven from a video, ordered the part needed and came to fit it as soon as it arrived. Oven back in working order in no time. Really nice guy too. Punctual, considerate and comunicative. Will definitely be using his services again. Thanks, Stuart!
