    Great service. Booked Friday to fit heater element in cooker, came Saturday. Kept in touch via text message. Job completed quickly and a couple of additional bits at no extra charge. Would definitely use again.

    Polite & professional

    A polite, professional chap. He messaged to say when he would be arriving, he was able to order the part that was needed to fix the oven. He messaged again to say that the part had arrived and when he could fit it. He was very thorough and checked the whole cooker to make sure nothing else was faulty. Would highly recommend.

    Replacing Cooker

    Stu was the third technician we reached out to try and fit our new gas cooker having had no luck with AO and another private engineer. Stu's approach was honest, affordable and a friendly approach. He thoroughly explained how and why he was doing things and really helped.

    Highly recommend: Hob repair

    Stu fixed my hob which was cutting out then alight. He was fast to book me in, quick to diagnose and explain the issue, communication was impeccable before, after and throughout the job. He also noticed that my oven fan was noisy and fixed it for free. Very pleased and would recommend highly. Thank you
