  Kitchen-Dining Room Refurbishment

  This is the 2nd time we have used Steve for renovation work, he project managed our kitchen /dining room refurb, introducing us to a variety of trades who were all very good and managed the coordination between the different specialists. He removed our old kitchen and the wall between our dining room and kitchen, and was available during the whole project answering any queries and making arrangements for snags to be taken care of. We will happily use Steve on our next project

  Kitchen installation including building work

  We got Steve in to project manage and carry out some building work in our kitchen which involved taking down and replacing ceiling, removal of a internal chimney and to relocate kitchen door also liaising with the new kitchen supplier. Steve organized and coordinated the various trades, all were very professional, and kept us fully informed of any issues arising. The whole job was managed professionally and certainly would use Steve again.

  Bedroom refurbishment

  As part of our bedroom refurbishment, Steve removed a fireplace and blocked it up, ensuring there was a vent, he removed and replaced skirting boards and a concrete windowsill. The work was fully explained and quoted for beforehand and we have been really pleased with his work, he is professional but also friendly. Reliable and worked in a clean and organised way. Will definitely use Steve for other building work in the future.

  Replace drainage

  This is the second time I've used Steve and his team to complete some work on my house. Steve replaced the drainage down the right elevation of my property, including the lowering and replacement of a gulley which was causing damp on an internal wall. The work was carried out on time and on budget and we're very happy with the high quality of work. I'll continue to use Steve for work and recommend him to others.

  Chimney removal

  Steve was hired to remove a chimney breast across multiple floors of our property and he did a brilliant job. The work was completed as explained, on time and within budget. It was a messy job and Steve and his contractor worked hard to keep the area clean and tidy after each phase. There was some extra work required, which Steve identified quickly and explained what was needed and how it would be resolved. We were very happy with the work completed, the quality and the overall experience of working with Steve. I will happily use Steve again and recommend him to others.

  Solving leak in a conservatory, removing glass conservatory roof and replacing with a warm roof

  I employed Steve following a personal recommendation. He was excellent, in all aspects, throughout the work. He discussed all the work thoroughly with me and made very useful suggestions. The sub contractors he employed were also excellent . I enjoyed having him in my property and would not hesitate to use him again. I am really pleased with the end result.
