  Damp proofed our property and secured floor beams

  We have used Steve before for other work on our property and called on him again to fix the damp issue we had. Once again I can’t fault his workmanship, and professionalism for detail, nothing is to much trouble for him. And once again we are so pleased with the final results. I would recommend Steve for any building work.

  Removal of chimney stack and install timber purlins

  We called on Steve to help us with surveyors report on our property concerning the removal of a chimney stack and to install purlins to support one side of the roof structure. Nothing was to much trouble for him, a very friendly and accommodating man. His work was excellent keeping me updated regularly with its progress. I would highly recommend Steve for you building requirements.

  Kitchen and dining room transformation

  We recently hired Steve and team to remove an archway and wall to open up our kitchen and dining areas, and we’re absolutely delighted with the result. From start to finish, their communication was excellent - they kept us informed at every stage and made the whole process stress-free. The work was completed to a high standard, and they efficiently organised all the other trades involved, which made everything run smoothly.   Removal of structural wall, damp treatment and replacing joists.

  Steve completed a job for myself and my partner in September 2024 until the early part of November 2024. This included; removing a structural wall, fitting and sourcing the beams, removal of a previously ill-fitted outside pipe which was causing damp issues, treating the damp, replacing all rotten beams underneath the house and making it ready for the next stage of works. Steve was great in his communication throughout the build and regularly sent us WhatsApp videos of the progress. He also let us know ahead of time of any new issues he was facing and then we would discuss the cost together.

  Steve was knowledgeable and sensible in his solution for our problem. He sourced other trades to help with the job as we needed his building expertise and plumbers and plasterers. Neat, tidy and timely.
