Did the job guy who came seemed very good

Reliability and communication were poor throughout. To be clear, the technicians themselves were fine, but the back-office organisation let the service down. Over two months, visits were late, needed chasing, had unclear arrival times, and involved multiple same-day cancellations. Despite several follow-ups, the promised inspection report still hasn’t been sent. One technician also suggested the traps left on the first visit may not have been from the same firm, which was concerning. I’ve decided to use another pest control service. Based on my experience, I’d recommend shopping around.

The matter was delt with quickly and very professionally. The staff member had very good communication with me and went above and beyond the task in hand.

Absolutely would recommend this company in a heart beat. Very professional went above and beyond to make sure the squirrel problem was dealt with within a contained environment. Truly highly recommend
