Today Adam did our Yearly Boiler Maintenance/Service and he was a very professional, and pleasant engineer who arrived on time. Tried to install Hive smart thermostat myself, but failed miserably. Turns out i blew couple of fuse off. Called Ry Group in the morning, and the engineer turned up same day, fixed the problem and install the Hive smart thermostat. Booked RyGroup for the first time on a neighbour’s recommendation. Simple non-urgent plumbing job. They had to move the original appointment, but it was for a good reason and I was kept fully informed. On the rearranged date I was kept posted as to likely timing and the plumber Chris also called 15 mins ahead of his arrival. Excellent service. We have used Ry for the last four years for boiler service and repairs. Communication is excellent and they go out of their way to fit you in as soon as possible. The most recent was a service and minor boiler repair which they completed within three days of my call including two visits to the house.
