Job location: CR4Lewis was punctual, friendly and explained our situation very clearly. He fixed the leaks using the existing parts we have and described to us which parts we would need to replace further down the line if we had any recurring problems. We were only charged for his time and I would certainly recommend the Ry Group based on his visit. Very pleased all together. - JJohn E

Job location: SW17Through Checkatrade, we got Ry Group to repair a broken kitchen tap and replace all our bathroom taps. Their operative, Lewis, did a brilliant job in trying circumstances: the taps on our bathtub had been in place for more than fifty years, and weren’t going anywhere without a struggle! Lewis remained calm, friendly and professional throughout, and now we have lovely new taps that always do as they’re told. We would definitely use Ry Group again – highly recommended.- NNayan D
