The engineers were good. The Company booking system needs tweeting. On both appointment days the engineer arrived earlier than I had been told. Emailed their office. A time was given of between 12:00 - 17:00 the next day. Shortly after I was informed they could only do between 08:00-12:00 the next day. I decieded to book the following Thursday. On the 30/4/25, given an appointment time of 12:45-13:45, SMS reciever on the day at 09:45 he was on way. He arrived 10 minutes later, job finished 10 minutes after that. 01/05/

Good communication, work done well at reasonable price

Will the engineer, called to alert us to hios arrival time (Most important) and carried ou the certification work, plus fixed a few minor items, switchs ETC. Really dependable chap, knows his stuff which is most important as he does not waste time. Very good job will use them again from now on.

Very efficient, got the job done the same day.

Arrived on time, Dan service my boiler last year. Very polite, carried out service. clean & tidy. All good for the next year.
