  Highly recommended Look no further

  The work carried out by Doug at Rycroft Kitchens exceeded my expectations by far. The job was a very challenging one as the space was so limited and had sloping ceilings. His standard of workmanship was incredible and you could tell that he was a perfectionist. He was super reliable and the price was a very fair price considering the amount of work involved. He undertook complex plumbing jobs and recommended an electrician who was also excellent. They worked as a team so well.

  Full kitchen refurb, decorating and flooring

  Doug has a very approachable positive manner. His work and attention to detail is second to none, nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen was a mix of refurbishing an existing run of units with new doors / drawer fronts etc. together with fitting new Howdens units and appliances and modifying new units to construct a bespoke dresser type feature. Along with fully re-decorating and laying luxury rigid vinyl flooring. I would highly recommend Doug (Rycroft Kitchens) and look forward to using him again in the future.

  Kitchen fitting and installation

  Doug was very thorough and always put the quality and function of the kitchen first when fitting it. He made us feel at ease and would definitely have him back for any future work.

  Wood Panelling Hallway

  Doug did an excellent job panelling our hallway. Fantastic finish and attention to detail. Also added a ‘secret’ door within the panelling design that led to a cupboard under the stairs. Doug also laid the new flooring.

  Kitchen refit

  I would heartily recommend Rycroft Kitchens for anyone thinking about getting their kitchen replaced. From the very first meeting -- when Doug came to review the job - all interactions were carried out in a highly professional manner. Doug did all the work himself -- except when he called upon on an electrician to install a new power supply to feed our new induction hob, and a plasterer to make the walls good. All was all done to an exceptionally high standard. In summary, a great job done and I would have no hesitation employing Doug (Rycroft Kitchens) in the future.

  Kitchen fitting

  We used Rycroft Kitchens to remove our old kitchen and install a new one we supplied. At first, the work was competent and on track. However, on their advice, we ordered a larger worktop which caused a slight delay, and promised return dates kept slipping — two weeks, then a month, then no date could be fixed. Communication became poor and vague, despite repeated follow-ups. Ultimately, we lost confidence and brought in someone else to finish the job. What began with promise ended in frustration due to poor customer service and no contingency/accountability for follow-up work. Disappointing.

  Unfortunately after expressing my concerns for using an online supplier for there kitchen, they insisted on using them knowing all the risks, when this happened they took it out on me and left a bad review in spite of all my advise..
