We used Rycroft Kitchens to remove our old kitchen and install a new one we supplied. At first, the work was competent and on track. However, on their advice, we ordered a larger worktop which caused a slight delay, and promised return dates kept slipping — two weeks, then a month, then no date could be fixed. Communication became poor and vague, despite repeated follow-ups. Ultimately, we lost confidence and brought in someone else to finish the job. What began with promise ended in frustration due to poor customer service and no contingency/accountability for follow-up work. Disappointing.

Unfortunately after expressing my concerns for using an online supplier for there kitchen, they insisted on using them knowing all the risks, when this happened they took it out on me and left a bad review in spite of all my advise..
