    Good and responsive communication before, during and after work has been done. Initially asked to proceed with the work to replace cladding but then it was identified that there was an underlying issue with the balcony and further work had to be done. Work was done promptly and within the timeline. Happy with the work and also with the full guarantee provided for materials and workmanship. (Given the issue relates to a leak to the bedroom downstairs, that was important. In the unlikely event that there's an issue then Richard confirmed he would be happy to deal with it.)

    They done great work and I got it done for a cheapest price in the market. Really happy with the quality of the work they did. I would recommend them to everyone I know in my family if they ever need any repair.
