Russell gave me a great quote for a double glazed unit i needed to fit a cat flap in. I obviously didnt really know what I was talking about, as in how I went about requesting what I needed, and Russell was really great in going into requirements etc, making me confident we were going to get what we wanted. Russell kept me informed, and delivered the unit in such a short time after placing the order. Needless to say, unit fitted perfectly. I had a great experience with this company. It’s refreshing to deal with a business that has integrity and charges you only for what you specifically need, while explaining everything clearly.
